The 4D methodology enabled the rapid engagement of end users and key stakeholders to scope out the IT recovery project, critical to manage and support the 'Live' environment. Best practice IT development processes were employed to identify, agree and design system parameters that delivered a simple, yet powerful, custom solution not only meeting but also exceeding business needs and aggressive project timeline. By taking full advantage of working across different time zones, 4D was able to design, test and develop the new system in record time and at substantially reduced cost.
